Unable to change icon

Question

Posted (edited)

Hello,

I changed a few icons of rooms and virtual devices last week without issues. This week I added a new VD and a room but now I’m unable to change it.

After choosing the file and press add the page in the web browser turns white and that’s it. The icon have the right requirements like 128x128px and png.

I’m still running the same and latest version on my HC2(no beta) as last week when it did work. I rebooted the HC2 tried with multiple icons but this didn’t help:-(.

I need you guys to help me. Many thanks!!

Kevin

I have exactly the same problem! The image is a PNG, 128x128 pixels and has a transparant background. Tried it multiple times, but each time I get a white screen. Please help, because the standard Fibaro icon-set is far from complete!

    It’s solved for me.

I restarted my computer, logged in local on the HC2 (not remote) and using a not private tab in the webbrowser.

You can try using a private tab in your webbrowser and log in localy.

Please try to login locally to HC2 as @kevin mentioned it does not work for remote access.
