NEO Coolcam motion sensor no actual LUX values

Jackson

Question

Hello,

I've bought a few NEO coolcam motion sensors but none of them is giving an actual lux values back to the controller. Is this a HC2 issue or do I have to look for answers in the NEO documentation?

  • Thank you! I found out it has to be a 2 byte value.

I did set association to Group 2. Hope this is what you mean

Try setting parameter 9  to 50. Remember to "wake up" the sensor.

parameter 9 have 2byte size, not 1byte. Check as well if association group 2 has been set to HC2

@Vladyslav , we add new templates when we can.

A template is only a graphical representation of a device in UI. If a device is fully supported then you can configure it in advanced settings and you can do that without a template.
