Momentary switches not working anymore, after setting parameter 20, it works again

After my

this morning strange things are happening in my Fibaro network. Since this morning a lot of Dimmer 2 actors didn't respond anymore to the momentary switch action. Totally dead. I could switch the lights with the Fibaro App/Controller HomePage. I disconnected one module and reconnected but nothing happened when flipping the switch.

I don't know how I got to it, but I got into the actor settings and changed parameter 20 from momentary to toggle, saved. Switched it back to momentary and saved again and the physical switch is working again. :?:

The Dimmer 2 module just forgot that it can be switched? And is is faulty? And 6 dead at the same day? It looks like something is sending garbage on my z-wave network and the actors react on it changing random settings...

Did anyone experience this behaviour? On the Internet forums I read a lot of z-wave problems, but almost all these problems are tracked back to coverage. And coverage is working exceptionally good, flipping a switch with my phone at the other side of the house is faster than light. Very strange.

I have two PhilioTech wall plugs, is it possible that these plugs make my  Fibaro Dimmer 2 modules go funky?
