Alexa + Fibaro + Heat Controller - not work by voice

Is it work via voice?

 

When i say "Alexa set living room thermostat to 20 degrees" she response "I can only set the temperature between 4 and 28"

 

After i say "20 degrees" and she reply"Ok here is Fibaro Custom skill, goodbye"

 

I only add with Danfoss Eco everything work great.

 

Another bug Fibaro?
