No Internet connection

My Homecenter 2 has lost connection to the Internet (the third lamp is not lit)

Anybody who has an idea of how to troubble-shoot this?

 

The only explanation I can think of is that the Telecom provider did some changes to my router today (they opened a bridge so that I should be able to put a second router in the house). Don't know if they did some changes to the firewall or similar at the same time.

If your HC2 was configured DHCP and its IP address was reserved in the router, then it would suffice to reboot.

If your HC2 had a fixed IP address, another DHCP device might have previously and "borrowed" that address. A fixed IP address usually involves problems.

    Hi all, 

    I am currently experiencing the exact same issue. Despite 20 or so reboots, no luck. The rest of the network seems to function fine. Any suggestions?
