Single Switch - using S2 to control load

Jan.Nitecki

Question

Hello,

Is there any way to control connected load (Q) via button connected to S2? I'm not in position to rewire setup to have two switches toggling S1 as it was suggested in some other post.

Also I would like to avoid triggering scene via controller to do that.

Is this possible that I add the same switch into the group controlled by S2, so S1 controls the load directly, but S2 sends command to the group, which 'coincidentally' includes the same switch which sends the command? Will this work?

BTW. The message that S2 does not control load should be written in big bold letters on the first page of manual, because my expectation based on Everspring single relay was that it does (but it has the other issue - operating switch on 3V only)

Best regards,

    Jan Nitecki
