How to get a response?

I am sure this is just echoing the many complaints about Fibaro's support  but how does on get a response from Fibaro in a reasonable time frame.  You submit a ticket and generally it is two or three days before you get any response.  If you need to go back on forth communicating through the original ticket every time you wait for a response and another two or three days go by. My current ticket regarding what to do about my corrupted checksum -  after several communications my latest request has been waiting for 6 days now.  I have prompted them twice - nothing.


What does one have to do to get a response Fibaro????

There may be delays in replying if there is a significant number of tickets. The Support addresses all the issues that are queued, usually from the oldest. If you update the issue frequently then it is moved back to new ones. Send an email once and simply wait for the reply :)
