storage energy data / temperature

Hi, 

does anybody else have the problem that energy data and temperature are stored a approximately a maximum of 2 month? Why is there the option to see back data of a year if this is not stored? Is it because many devices are installed and not enough memory left?

Hi @Schabernacki,

 

In HC2, there is limit 500 000 inputs till old data will be overwritten. In case of HCL it is 300 000 inputs. It all depends on number devices and frequency of sending new reports.

 

You could use Initial State plugin or wit lua scene or vd to EmonCMS. Yes, it will be in different App. But you will have enormous storage for data there.

Ok. Thank you. Would be easy if the unused USB port of the HC could be used to add a USB-stick to store these data. Why is this port not used at all?
