Universal Sensor can't be added

I have some issues with my Universal Sensor. I won't get it to be added to my z-wave network. I tried to add other units and those worked so there's nothing wrong with the controller.

 

Is there ANY way to see if my Universal Sensor is powered correctly? No LED's or anything showing that it has power?

 

Thanks for any help you could give me!

Have you tried excluding it first?
Or reset procedure?

    I tried the reset (holding B for 10 seconds while powering it up) but since there is no feedback I'm not sure it it worked or not.

     

    Excluding, what do you mean? From my controller (I use Home Assistant)?

    Yes, from controller - then you will get a confirmation.

    But how could I exclude it when I never been able to add it?

    Exclusion is always possible -> it will trigger device reset.
    When you will start exclusion on your controller już click 3 times on B button.

    Hey, thanks for trying to help out!

     

    Nothing happens when removing/adding it. I would love to just get some feedback anywhere but right now I don't know it it's dead or anything.

    If you are sure that module has correct frequency and nothing happens when you are trying to  remove/add it just send it for RMA procedure :)

    Yeah, it's the right frequency (EU) so it'll be returned. Thanks anyway!

    Just an update. Went to get it replaced and the new unit work perfectly, no issues at all.

    I use HomeSeer and I noticed that the UBS can only be included non-secure. When trying to add it Secure it doesn't respond.
