hc2 and hcl in one netwrok as master and slave

Question

i've done network 2 hcl and one hc2 as master, slave and there is no problem. but we have some zwave panels on these hcls and hc2. after joine this 3 home center, i want to associate one panel on hcl to another panel on hc2, but the group and associate function in is not active and this function is removed!!! as attaches picture. is there any suggestion for this problem? also can do this by secen but i want to associate...

To associate Z-Wave devices, they have to be on the same network. Ie. you cannot create associations between devices that are on different gateways.

 

What functionality do you want to realize? Suggest to use a scene instead. I abandoned associations altogether due to their inflexibility. I believe that associations were invented for networks without programmable gateway controllers such as HC2 or HCL.

  • thnks dear. i want to control one light channel with 2 panel in up and down of staires as conversions keys. on panel on hcl and another one on hc2. but this function dont work. so i should do scene...
