Logic LHC5020

I like to integrate a logic LHC5020 device in my fibaro lite system.

I like to use a input as switch, coming from a level switch from a water tank. If the level switch is open the well pump, connected to an output, will not start. If it is closed the pump will pump for 15 minutes, stops for 45 minutes and so on till the tank is full.

There is no template for the logic LHC5020. Also the user manual is in Danish.

Is there someone who can help me?
