What happens if a Fibaro Dimmer 2 is by mistake connected with reversed polarity, means L and N are reversed?
I am thinking of installing a Dimmer 2 in the base of a lamp I want to control, according to the attached minimum scheme. However, I cannot ensure that the mains plug is always plugged in the right way (conductor to conductor and zero to zero).
What happens if the lamp with Dimmer 2 inside is plugged in the wrong way? Does the module have a reverse polarity protection circuit? Will it break, or even worse many risk of fire?
