Heating Panel

Hello. I am setting up heating panel and i have now got both of my fibaro wall plug connected as linked device.

But i also have heating cable in the floor. But i dont get this device up in linked device so it wont work in heating panel.

Any have some good idea to get it linked in heating panel or some other ideas how to do it.
