new Fibaro products on IFA 2018

@Soft, there was long silence about FIbaro apps from Fibaro side. Last Android update was in June, so i think something is comming. Maybe not for IFA or Cedia to show, but maybe for ISE.

Maybe going with Nice means they will have some additional manpower to speed up some development.

My favorite is Smart Implant (but let's call it by the old name - Universal "Binar" Sensor 2, but it's not only binary, so Fibaro renamed it), which is finally (in my opinion) really working solution for 0-10V sensors (as the pullup can be configured as well). Yes! one can control outputs via z-wave, and even better, one can combine (e.g. analog 0-10V input to measure and outputs controller via z-wave command).

Are the control outputs analog, too?

Cheers,

I'm afraid outputs are not analog.

The recently announced RBG module (and SET) is HomeKit only...

I have had issues with the current RGBW module from fibaro and was hoping this would be a replacement but unfortunately not :-(

Does anybody have a recommendation for a stable RGBW module ?

Hi @AutoFrank what about HUE?

I have HUE at home and bought INNR Ledstrips. Cheaper and should be HUE compatible (didn’t install them yet)

Thanks

I already have some RGB tape installed that was being driven by the fibaro module and was looking for a replacement... was looking at the qubino .. not sure how good they are ..

I might take a look at the hue for future use, I don't have any of those yet ...

@abpostelnicu and @drboss, i think there are no public news yet.

But i guess Roller Shutter 3 will be released before than Smart implant and Siren. Lets check on Christmass, what will be under Christmass tree.

The Fibaro Siren looks lovely...Been looking to replace existing Siren. Hope it does not take too long for it to be production-available (hopefully 2019Q2).

Next, the Fibaro Implant (aka UBS 2?). Wonder what can be controlled with this. Delonghi Automatic Coffee Machine? Dyson Fans (older ones without WiFi)?
