PUT command not working

I am trying to setup an PUT command to another thirdparty device to arm disarm a camera

if i put this string in the browser it works

http://192.168.0.200:8000/++ssControlMotionCapture?cameraNum=2&arm=0&auth=VEVTVDpURVNU

 

within the above string

arm=0  (arm device)

arm=1 (disarm device)

 

error code in debug window= Error in FHttp

 

What I am doing wrong?

I not sure here, but PUT command, typically, required BODY
