what is this? can be used on a VD so to get on Energy Panel???

one ca add energy measurement feature to device, like on UI the the box for Fibaro Double Relais, where you can add the assumed consumption when device is on. If the device support measurement and you call "addEnergyExtension", it will do the rest foryou, if the device does not support measurement, you have to add value via interface - this is so far i remember

    or just custom panel for any kind of sensor
