Electric car charging scene HCL

SteinarB

Question

Hi,

I would like to create a scene for my electric car charging the batteries. I have the charger connected to a Fibaro Wall plug, and I would like to get a push notification to my phone when the charging starts and stops. The charger pulls about 2kw when charging is active. Any good suggestions on a good block scene for this scenario?

Regards,

Steinar B.

a washing machine scenario as follows will send you pushover message when power is less than 10 watts. Suppose it may fit on your scenario

you need to change the deviceid on following so to fit on power plug ID you use for charging.

Hi
I have created 2 scenes for my new Kia Niro plug in Hybrid, just 14 days ago.
My charger uses 2.5 watts in standby.
They work this way:
1, When you want to charge, turn on the wall plug manually and put the charging plug in the car. (If the car starts to charge, you get a message "Charge Started")
2, When charging is complete and the charger is in standby again, you get the message, "Charging completed".

I've set my scenes to max 5 instances, I think it's too many but otherwise it comes with the message "too many instances"

You must create a variable: "KiaNiroLader" which may be "On" or "Off"
