current consumption - wrong value

Question

Posted

Hello,

I'm newbie.
I have HC2 and Double switch 2, where on first channel is connected fan with power consumption cca. 60W and to second channel is connected dehumidifier with power consumption cca. 230W.
First channel measure properly, but second channel show 0,90W instead 230W.
Where can be a problem?

If you reboot the Home center, does the wattage change then, but stuck on new value?

Ok, the reason I asked was to see if the problem was similar to what I experienced lately with 3 of my Dimmer2, but they updated value at restart. Maybe not the same problem but ended up deleting them, factory reset and adding them again, all fine now.

I removed device and I did factory reset, now I get good value, but sometimes I still get wrong value. In attachment  is example, where begin and end show wrong value under 1W
