How do I dim 0 to 100% everytime?

Hi guys, I have a few dimmer 2s on gu10 leds which are working fine. How do I set it up so that when I switch the light on it goes from 0 to 100% brightness in a set period(say 3s) and the same when switching off? I am using a vera edge to control everything.

Talking about this, how do I set the dimmer to always go from 0-100% upon first click? No I never know since it remembers the last.

19. Forced switch on brightness level If the parameter is active, switching on the Dimmer 2 (S1 single click) will always set this brightness level. Available settings: 0 - function disabled 1-99 - percentage level of brightness   Default setting: 0 Parameter size: 1 [byte]

Ok so by doing this it will always go to let say 20% upon single click.

but then when I realize it’s to dark I always upon hold want it to go up towards 100%.

Now after single click and hold it’s goes up OR down depending on last usage.
