Z-Wave Analyzer tools?

Question

Posted

After 3 years with HC2 I start to get tired of the lag and always something that not working properly.

I wish HC2 did have some kind of analyser that can show what’s happening.

I start google about it and there is:

- Z-Wave Toolkit from Z-Wave Alliance that also need an expensive licence.

- Z-Wave Toolbox, is it working in EU?

- Zensys-tools that probably need an USB-Stick. Can I use an USB-Stick like Aeon Labs Z-stick at the same time as my HC2 just to analyse the network?

Any one that have experience to use some of these or some other analyser?

I have built my ow Zniffer. It is doable. I think the UZB1 costs about 40 EUR.

I do not want to underestimate you, but it took me hours, no *weeks* to understand the output and Z-Wave routing (at sufficiently advanced level to diagnose delays). Spent hours reading the SDK.

Please read and continue the discussiun here:
