Temperature offset

I would like to buy the Home center lite and use it with 4 thermostatic valves that are not fibaro and 4 thermostatic valves that are fibaro.I have two questions. 1. With the other brand thermostatic valves can i setup the (offset temperature) from the menu of the home center lite?

2.With the fibaro thermostatic valves with the extra sensor, whicht temperature use to setup the open close the home center lite?
