Roller shutter 2 is always marked as dead after a few days

Question

Posted

Hi,

I have a HC 2 system with around 20 double relays installed in my house. I only have 1 roller shutter 2 installed but it always dies after 4-5 days.

I can remove it from the system and add it again. It takes around 10-15 min of several retries with the reset mode with the  LED on yellow. Then I can add it, configure it and everything works ok. The shutter works with no alerts or problems for around 4-5 days then it's marked as dead.

Triggering wake up dead nodes doesn't do anything.

I tried the range test mode and after it stops working, it's always glowing red as if it can't connect to the network. (I have a normal relay working in the same box without any range issues)

I tried reconfigures, hard reset, firmware  etc.

Also created a debug scene where I listed all the debug variables. The "deadReason" indicates the "power" string. Can I somehow track the exact error or stacktrace of the moment when it is marked as dead?

I mention that if I repeat the process of remove/add, it always works for less than a week.

Thanks a lot for the info.

Best regards,

Radu
