I have recently upgrade, and after reboot HC2 stopped working.

I tried to boot, and this is what happends:

1- Leds start blinking normaly

2- Loading procces si normal with eds status changing

3 after all leds stop blinking they all fade off

- HC2 is off

I tried too  the same proccess for starting recovery mode, but the problem is the same. Ths video shows it:

In my case the problem was with a jumper on the mainboard: J21 just fell off somehow, idk how.

I had the same issue. The LEDs were blinking in a right-to-left pattern during the boot process, simulating a progress bar. Once all LEDs stabilized, they faded off, and the device powered down.

I checked the power supply unit (PSU) with a multimeter, and the voltage appeared to be within the acceptable range. Despite this, I opted to replace the power supply, and to my surprise, everything is now working perfectly fine. The original PSU (12V, 4A) must have been corrupted to provide enough current: at first, the device started, but as soon as the current consumption was increased my HC2 died. I have replaced it with a little stronger unit (12V, 4.74A). See photos of both units below.

FYI Changing the power supply did the trick for me.

edit: spoke too fast, the power supply is ok, I connected another hc2 on it and it went fine.

Finally fixed by going into recovery mode and choosing the first option (repair or something like that)

I faced the same problem. Just changed battery CR2032. It helped.
