Hi @fingusio ,

As I can see, API is still not available after so much time and that "Coming Soon" on the Bose developer page really sounds like a joke ;-)

isn't Soundbar 700 a sound touch familiy (which is actually more or less EOL)?

It is 3 years old (2018), but didn't find anywhere info about EOL. 300 came out to the market later than 500 and 700. But 300 in reviews is not better than 700 so it would be stupid move to end 700. Also when I look for an API I'm always redirected to the Bose forum where Bose announces RESTful API for 300, 500 and 700, but that's about it and no API yet available. Of course Bose soundtouch API does not work with these soundbars. Only possibility is to connect Soundtouch Wireless Link adapter directly to soundbar, but that is... I don't even have a proper phrase for that ;-)

I don't see at this moment any other options but to either wait for Bose to maybe finally publish RESTful API, or just sell it and buy something else that already have possibility to integrate with HA.

ahh ok, i though they are Soundtouch compatible. The EOL statement was about the Soundtouch protocol itself, even if Bose didn't said that in public yet.
