Fibaro support service quality - Please wait Starting service

What kind of help do you have? I waited a week! My house is already 10C. And when I waited, I received a strange answer - No further help will be provided as manipulation over ssh is against the Fibaro internal low.

 

This is where I manipulated? You just do not want to help and why do you answer like that?   I want to correct this error and that's it.

its' ok relax. 

1) you opened ssh / 22 port for Fibaro support

2) Fibaro support usually respond on you letter 2-3 days

3) while you waiting for Fibaro support, BotNet scan you Ip Address and open ports and found what 22 port is opened

4) BotNet start to brute force your password

5) standard anti-brute force software found attack to ssh port in automatically send to you message.

 

it's all OK
