High network load

TheDog

Question

Hi

I'm a newbie in using Fibaro and have a question. I have Fibaro Home Center Lite installed in
my house in the mountain where I have broadband over the cellular network. The problemet that
I don't have more than 10GB per month and it seams like the Fibaro utses 100MB/hour.

I understand that this have to be some kind of setup problem but I cannot find where. I believed
that the android app connected direct to my unit only when activated.

Is there anybody out there who can give me som guidence?

Regards

Try using the dom.fibaro.com site from a web browser instead of the app.

I have the same setup, and no issue with datausage using a web browser to control the remote HC

  • Thanks, I'll try that.

You are correct, I was using the app. I beieved the app conected to (or through) the web-site but maybe it
    still increased the load.
