I was looking into KNX journal and this device KNX RF-MSG-ST got my attention. See

. It is KNX RF and it looks like device, that could pretty much compete with Somfy wireless system or simmilar.

Would be nice to have it in Z-Wave, since it use STAK/STAS connectors. Yes, it has no control with physical buttons, but think of this as nice commecrial and residential clean wall (no buttons) sollution. And it could be installed with Shutter engine. Device could be based on FGR-223 without Inputs.

Where to install such device:

  • Commercial buildings
  • Residential installation - electrical retrofits
  • Residential installation - installation types, where you want clean walls or have Swipe in/behind some picture.
  • Could be great with on-wall battery switches, like NodON.
  • Easy replacement of Somfy wireless sollution.
