IOS Push notification not works

Dear All,

 

I have a Fibaro D/W sensor. It is set to send push notifications when the door is opening and closing. It worked properly for a while but long ago it hasn't send any notificition to my phone. In the "Advanced" section I ticked "By email" and "By push" options "About status changes". The HC sends the e-mail, but on the phone there is no notification despite of I made notification at notification panel.

 

Do you have any idea what could be the problem?

Have you changed your phone recently? I say this because I did an upgrade from iPhone 6 to 8 and thought nothing more of it. Then the notifications stopped. It was because the system had the wrong device ID (the old phone)

@ianakapilotlight thanks for your advice! I checked my settings and I found none of our phones were selected to get notifications! So maybe this will be the solution, but until evening I have to wait to check it! Thanks for your help again, I really hope this was the problem!
