Roller shutter 2 and Parameter 18

SteMo

Question

Hello,
I have a problem with my Roller Shutter 2. Whenever it is cold, the outer blind stops. It only opens a few cm.
With the parameter 18 I can probably set the power threshold, which is to be interpreted as reaching a limit switch.
I understand it in such a way that as larger this value in Watt, as more power the motor can take in Watt without switching off immediately. But that doesn't work. If I set the value to over 100 Watt, the blind only goes a few centimetres before it switches off. (normally the blind pulls 90 Watt)
Do you know how to understand this parameter? Or do I have to change another parameter so that the blinds don't always switch off when it's cold.
I would be very grateful for your help.
