Secure SRT-321 FGS-213 (FGS-223) association problem with other hubs

Hi, I am trying to setup a heating system with SRT-321 and relays. 

Setting association group 3 works with Fibaro HC2 on FGS-213, and Q1 (only) on FGS-223, but in Vera Plus or Smartthings it does not work. Setting association to a Neo Wallplug works on both other hubs. Any ideas?

EDIT: it suddenly popped into my mind secure and non secure is probably the problem.

I also have such a kit through the association does not work. Did you find a solution to the problem?
