Hi! 

 

I am on a work trip and need to access to my home remotely.

but can't (see screenshort)

 

also, I haven't to access via my iPhone application (but I can get notifications) 

why?

LAN setting - /fibaro/en/configuration/network.html. Turn off, save, turn on, save the "Remote access:". I had the same problem, and after this the normal communication via "cloud" return. But for this You need any person in home with admin privilege to do this or vpn access to your network for direct concretion with HC, or via redirected (for me to risky) hc2 http port on router.

in gui isnt there a tick for login remotely under settings ?

Our server don't have connection with your HC.  But your HC must have connection with our notification server.

strange, I am always thinking what this option only just for Fibaro support. And this opts automatically turned off after some period.
