ImperiHome failure

Hi,

I use for my HC2 instead of the Fibaro app the ImperiHome app. But since some months it's impossible to connect to the HC2. I get always an email from my HC2

Suspicious Login Attempts Prevented

We noticed 5 failed login attempts to your HC2-xxxxx that seemed suspicious.
For your security, the following IP address: 192.168.178.xx has been locked for 30 minutes.

 

 

But I have no idea why it's blocked. Have anyone an idea and can help me?

 

 

From Imperihome I got a similarmessage

I have also installed Imperihome on a wall tablet and get the security alert every 30min so it's impossible to use and my account are locked.

 

How can i turn this off?  I can´t see any options to confirm the adress as safe?

Make sure you have correct login settings for your HC2 in the "My Objects" menu in ImperiHome.

My HC2 is also blocked sometimes, but I think it's because a script in my HC2 does not get answers from my Netatmo.

The imperihome app works fine and i have used it before the upgrade of HC2, it's fibaro that's blockning my ip.

Do you think Imperhome can fix this?

Everything works perfekt a couples of minutes and i can control all devices until the ip blocks so the login setting seems to be correct.

    It's similar with my Imperihome, but I can't get any access. My credentials are right, but I am blocked. Maybe it's really the only possibility to contact Imperihome.

    Did anyone solve this issue? It's driving me insane. And I'm blocked out for 30 minutes, can't troubleshoot properly

    In my case it was Fibaros own app that caused the problem,  after uninstallation Fibaro app on the specific device everything works fine again.
