Fibaro RGBW LED Strip Stays On

thecork

Question

Hi all,

I’m it sure if this is the right place for this, but I have just hooked up an RGBW led strip to this controller, controlling via SmartThings, all was fine when testing but now I’ve had it hooked up for a while it has started doing something strange. When switched off (in SmartThings) the led strip stays on, ever so faintly, like it’s not dropping all the voltage to the strip. Can anyone suggest what I can do? I don’t have any switched hooked up to the IN terminals.

I have the same problem.

RGBW controller (with last firmware) connected to a Home center 2 (with firmware 4.510) with an RGB led strip.

no switch on the in terminals.

In off status the led's still faintly lights. (while HC2 energie consumption says there is no power use??)

This led strip is in the bedroom, so i need to solve this.

Does anyone have a solution?

tx.

EDIT:

Changed the power adapter. (old one deleverd with the strip, broke down)

Now it's working Fine..
