Binary sensor smokes

Reinhold

Question

I have purchased an extra Fibaro binary sensor. But now I have connected an adapter 12v to another sensor and now I want to put the new sensor on the same adapter. But this starts to smoke and gets warm. The other just continues to work well. What can be the problem here?
