Question

Anybody else facing the issue? Access via lan works flawlessly.

Tried an hour ago with no joy - and it is still down. How nice it would have been to be told by a sms or an e-mail from Fibaro, (like my for the electricity from the grid), that it is down, they know about it, and a hint about how long they expect it to be down...

Hi, I am Domenico from Italy with HC2, here as well I cannot access to the remote service, and as well the connection with Google Home does not work, hope it will be fixed soon.

Yep, remote service is down here also (the Netherlands). Also all our clients' HC's are offline in the installer app. Chrome throws a warning "Your connection is not private": NET::ERR_CERT_SYMANTEC_LEGACY, Firefox seems to work but impossible to login..

I have normal access by fibaro cloud via www, for my the problem is from android app. Every time I recessive authentication error. The problem arrived after yesterday upgrade of mobile app  from x.24.0 beta to x.24.1 (btw any information about it on forum)

I switched to VPN and work, any support in weekend in emergency situation :-(.

Yep, same here - since a couple of days! LAN or VPN works.

Cheers

Alfons
