the scene dus not work automatic

i have create a scene to turn on the light outside. the light must go on when an other light is on

the code of the scene is

if fibaro:getValue(12, "on") == "0" then
   fibaro:call(75, "turnOff")
else
    fibaro:call(75, "turnOn")
    end
 

 

if i trigger the scene it works but when i turn on the light (12) there is no reaction

the scene is on automatic but it dont works, but i dont now why???
