HC2 - will ever Fibaro match Somfy Tahoma scene setting?

Question

Posted

Hi,

I have written Fibaro Support about half a year ago to point out that they do not allow as part of the standard scene setting to trigger a scene using a relative temperature parameters (something that Somfy allows), e.g. a practical home ventilation scene:

If temperature outside < temperature inside

and temperature inside > 25C

and there is no rain

then open roof windows

Fibaro Support confirmed the first condition is only possible through LUA (which I still cannot find the time to try) and they said they will look into developing this in the future. I thought I would post this topic here on the forum with the hope that perhaps they will eventually react, particularly if some other users would also find the functionality useful (plus again, their competition already offers it).

Cheers,

fibarouser

Thank you. Does your printscreen mean that  you managed to get some workaround to get all that condition logic within the Fibaro environment? Or are these from a different system? If the first, then it would be great if you could share :-). Although it still does not appear that the need for my desirec condition would be met.  Many thanks, fibarouser
