How should I start to setup in these scenario?

I am new to Fibaro....  There are lots of option in GUI. Need your suggestion on below. 

 

Background: I already have Fibaro Lite, Fibaro motion sensor, Aerotec Siren and Z-Wave switch. I have 2 scenarios.

 

1. When I am at home, during the night time, when motion detected -> turn on light for 10 minutes -> send notification to my handheld device
2. When I away from home, when motion detected -> turn on siren for 5 minutes -> turn on light for 30 minutes, send notification

 

How should I start?. Scene, alarm, notification, etc 

Please advise.....

Where are place I can study Scene idea that people in community created?

Thanks. In manual, there is Virtual Device mentioned. Is it support in HCL?. I thought it's only in HC2

Yes, it is. On the devices tab you can add new devices. If you choose to add a device you also have option for virtual device.
