Dimmer 2 not dimmering and not turning completely off

HI, I have 2 lamps with 2 leds (4 W) going on neutral but I cannot dimmer and power completely off.

Any idea? thanks in advance.

@Davs wat do you use? fibaro dimmer 1 or dimmer 2 or something else?

    Hi. Thanks for your answer. Dimmer 2. Tried force calibration, change to non dimmable leds...no luck !-(

    @Davs are youre leds dimmeble?

    if so, try a fibaro dimmer 2 bypass

    Yeap. They are dimmable: the same lamp with two more gu10 dimm lamps works fine. Problem is with just 1 or 2 Lamps installed (same) alone: no way to power off and dimmerize...

    bypasses ordered. Each lamp should have its own bypass or with just one for dimmer 2 is enough??
