FGWPE/F Wall Plug Gen5 - always turns off

maloross

Question

I bought 2 Fibaro Wall Plugs and one of them works fine. The other one do its job in the beginning, but now it turns off immediately (no device connected, tested on different sockets.). exclusion and resetting didn't solve the problem.

Both have identical settings, the only information I found under "alarm - power management": working plug=254, bad plug=6 (didn't find a listing of alarm values).

How can I fix this?

Equipment: Raspberry Pi 3, z-wave.me-stick, openzwave, ioBroker

1. turn off your controller and unplug your wall plug

2. then plug in your wall plug, does it turn off, while the controller is switched off?
