Bonjour,

Je suis tout nouveau dans la domotique et j'ai choisi FIBARO pour me lancer

Je viens donc de recevoir ma Home center lite.

Je l'ai installé et tout s'est bien passé.

Premier problème, je ne suis pas parvenu à la mettre à jour.

Deuxième et pas le moindre lors de l'installation du premier module, il a bloqué et j'ai perdu la box. Impossible de la retrouver soit avec son adresse dans le navigateur, sur internet par le FIBARO ID ou même encore par le logiciel FINDER.

les voyants sont bien allumés (réseau local, internet, marche) (seul le voyant de MAJ n'est plus allumé)

Je l'ai débranché et rebranché.

Je l'ai changé de hub

j'ai réinitialisé ma box internet

j'ai essayé de me connecter par l'application

 

Bref je sais plus quoi faire.

Pouvez vous m'aider?

you need to use a network scanner on your phone or computer that is connected to your wifi network to discover your box's IP address.  the latest update has randomized the IP address to something different prior to the update.
