Wall plug - WIFI not compatible - cannot add device

Question

Posted

Hi,

I get an error message that my WIFI is not compatible. Must I do something?

I don't have Apple TV. Maybe that's the problem?

Thanks

@Jaapkooi Sorry. I don't understand. Can you access also through a webbrowser?

    Some more information

    - When using the fibaro app it gives an error without any information

    - When using the Apple Home App it says: your device is not compatible with your WIFI router.

I have changed the channels on the WIFI, no results :-(
