What does "xxM after Sunset" really mean?

If I used condition "xxm after Sunset", and set xx as 120m, what does it mean?

 

A) This condition will be true at the point of Sunset+120 minute?
B) This condition will be true during SunSet+120 through until Sunrise?

C) This condition will be true during SunSet+120 through until midnight?

That scene will be triggered exactly 120 minutes after sunset time based on location you provided in HC2.
