Complex roller shutter scene

Hi you all!
I need some help with my roller shutters. What I need is that: I want my shutters to be set in certain position, depending on the temperature and the season when I'm not at home (the system is armed). For example, If is summer, and the temperature goes above 25C, I want my shutter to be set 50% and If the temperature goes higher I want it to be fully closed. Would be also ideal, If during the autumn when the temperature is under a certain temperature the shutters would go down, but is it's gets warmer would open up to let the sunshine in. I would also like to get notification about these. I have 8 shutters in the house os I would like ho have a fully customisable lua code. 
I'm very new to lua so tried to solve this with block scene but I ended up 20 scenes and some complications. Could anyone help me out? I tried to find some complex shutter scene all over the internet, but did not have luck. I think a this kinda scene would be helpful for many of us

Rozważałem taki problem ale nie do końca udało mi się go otworzyć blokowo. Utworzyłem zmienne: Pora dnia: poranek / od wschodu słońca / Rano gdy zima staniemy, Południe szeroki od 10 do 14, / zakres wynika z okna wcześniejszego popołudnia, wieczorem / po zachodzie słońca / i noc jak uzbrajam dom

Druga zmienna do temperatury: mróz, zimno, normalna, upał / zakresami /. Poza mrozem / na noc / zostawiam rolety uchylone ok 20%. . Można jeszcze dodać zmienną czas letniego i zimowego. Działajcie przyzwoicie a teraz jak być może chcecie włączać i wyłączać migi mi rolet /
