Alexa not responding this morning

Hello,


Have anyone experienced alexa not responding today? I logged in to alexa, re-discovered devices but all devs seems offline. Checked satus of HC2 and remote access is available. Last time when this happened (couple weeks ago) it was some fibaro remote access service issue.

Hello

 

Yes I'm having the same problem too, tried re-discovering devices and it found them all ok, but when I try to turn something on/off Alexa just tells me the device is not responding. This seemed to come out of nowhere, its been working fine up to now.

I've finally got Alexa back up and working on my HC2. Others on the forum mentioned some months ago that they had rebooted there HC2 several times and Alexa had started working again, so over the last few hours I've shut down the my HC2 4x times, and rebooted it 5x and suddenly out of the blue Alexa started working again. So it does seem to solve the situation eventually, but I have no idea why it went down in the first place.
