Need help with LUA: 2 Motionsensors, one lamp

Hi, 

I have been using a LUA script for a while now for several scenes... It´s turning on the lights if motion is detected and it is night. Night is defined by a global variable which is set to night 45 minutes before sundown and set to day 45 minutes after sunrise.

This works fine, I have it running in the kitchen and in the foyer. A third scene is running on the stairs, but here I needed to add another motionsensor, since motion detection at the foot of the stairs didn´t work too good with the motion sensor located at the top of the stairs. Simple enough I thought...

 

But now the lights turn on during daytime as well as at night. Weirdly, this doesn´t happen after the first motion is detected. Instead the lights turn on after the motion sensors have detected motion several times. 

I am hoping that someone can tell me why this is happening. Here is the script:

    maybe someone wants to achieve the same thing, so here´s the solution. In Line 29 additional brackets have to be added:
