Here the simple VD code:

It is looped and working well but sometimes for some reason VD gets an error with a nil value for some variable (temp or pump).

Here on a screenshot

Why the variable gets nil value?

How do I handle such error?

Thank you!

I don't know why it would happen.  Maybe a Z-wave comms issue.  What does the fibaro:getValue(tenpId, "value") return - i.e. before the tonumber function is called?  Maybe it returns a bad-text which the tonumber function cannot handle, and so returns nil.
