Accessing lock from remote connection

Question

Posted

We have a requirement for changing Pin-Code from remote location where the Yale lock is connected to Home Center 2 which is accessible internet connection.

We found that there are webapp (https://id.cloud.fibaro.com/
) and mobile application (Fibaro App in iOS and Android) available which allows to access Home Center 2 from internet after authentication rules if it has internet connection in the LAN connection.

The document we found are for accessing the lock using [HomeCenter2IP]/docs are only for accessing the lock only if we have the request is made to HomeCenter2 in same local network connection.

So We want to know that is there any documentation available where we can pass access the lock same way as webapp is accessing the lock? .
