Hi All,
I have 2x HCLs and one of them will not connect to the network after a power cycle.
The network light is ON but I cannot connect to it via the local network nor via the internet (phone app).
The only success to connect it to the network is to wait for the HCL to boot and physically disconnect the RJ45 plug from the back of the unit and reconnect it. Within a couple seconds the internet light also turns on and it works perfectly until the next power cycle.
The problem occurs even when only the HCL is power cycled, IE the router and other network components have not been power cycled and the problem will occur.
RAM, CPU, etc are all OK
I am using DHCP.
I have tried different ports on the network switch without success.
What can be causing this issue?
