About 200 unknown devices has been added to my HC2 suddenly and for no reason.

Question

Posted

I've programmed my clients HC2 about a year, today I've been there for some problems.

I've found that there are about 200 devices added to clien't HC2 ! The attached images is show the device details.

The side effect problem is that the HC2 is not responding in time, some unusual delays and transmission failure, ...

Anyone know whats the problem? And how could I solve it? It's really absorbing and time consuming deleting each device one by one.

The HC2 firmware is up to date.

Reinstall a backup. Usually that helps.

I had the same problem and a restore of a backup solved the problem.
